Tuesday’s Bootcamp

This will be my last hard workout day this week, because I want to have fresh legs on Saturday:)

Workout went like this:

8 minute jog/warm up

Sweet sixteen

Pyramid Sprints to 8

Speed Ladder

Circuit One:

Chair Tricep Dips

Speed Ladder Burpees

Ball Pass Abs

Un-even push up

Chair Hold

Toe Taps

Do each drill for one minute and repeat one time through

Circuit 2-partner Abs

Leg throw down/switch

Ball Pass

Plank Shoulder Tap

We finished with 10 minute abs, My abs better be sore tomorrow!
