Thursday’s Bootcamp

8 minute warm up and pyramid sprints to 6. Kept it light because I ran 18 miles on Friday, wahoo!

Bootcamp went like this:

Do each drill for one minute and repeat one time through.

Circuit 1:

Heisman over cones

Star pass

Squat side Kick

Ball pass

Circuit 2:

Partner plank jumps

Wall Sit

Wall Up

Speed Ladder with burpees

Circuit 3:

Tricep dips on chair

Round House Kicks over Chair

Oblique Twist on Ball

Shuffle Burpee

Circuit 4:

Speed Ladder

Leg lifts on ball

Bicep curls

Arms over head abs
