Tuesday Ball Works

Today was all about the Stability Ball. A stability ball is such a cheap piece of exercise equipment that I think everyone should have. Here are my 10 favorite Stability ball exercise moves:

The Dolphin:

This is the modified version. More advance stand up and then roll out.

Here they are in a circuit. I heard a personal trainer say once that you should do a workout move until it burns and then start counting down. So I go as long as I can go and then count down from 5.

Circuit 4:

Grasshopper plank

Ball throw: Throw ball against the wall catch ball and squat as far down to the floor as possible.
