Warm up 5 to 8 minute jog
Sweet Sixteen
Pyramid Sprints to 6
And here are the bootcamp excercise we did:

Heisman– 2 minutes
Hover Rotation-2 minutes
In and out abs-1 minute
Repeat

Speed Ladder-2 minutes
Tricep dips-1 minute
Bi-cep Curls-1 minute
hand to foot crunch– 1 minutes
Repeat

Jacks-2 minutes
Reverse plank with leg lifts-1 minute
Plank rows-1 minute
Ab/arms/legs twist-1 minute

Repeat

Quick Feet/high knees alternating-2 minutes
Star pass -1 minute
Plank twist-1 minute
Reverse crunch leg lift-1 minute
Repeat
