Since my foot has been bugging me, I decided this week to take it easy and lower my intensity. I’m going to run fewer miles this week and if my foot is not 100 percent I will probably have to take some time off from working out.
Today I ran three miles and it went like this:
.5 mile warm up (not counted in my time)
First mile at 8.0
Second at 8.5
And third at 9
I had to stop and stretch after mile 2 because my arms are still sore from Saturdays workout. My hope is to run this pace without stopping. Someday, someday. I cooled down to a few Zumba routines.
